Domestic species, cross-scored texture that reads under raking light, prefinished on our own finish line so what ships to the site is what gets installed.

For architects and general contractors on commercial interiors, we produce large-format textured hardwood panels for lobby feature walls, elevator surrounds, private-club interiors, and executive-floor millwork. Uninterrupted material runs are the point, so we cut, texture, and finish before the panels leave Rigby and coordinate with the installer on sequencing.

Most hardwood suppliers buy finished material and resell it. We buy timber by the board foot from trusted suppliers, then do the milling, texturing, sizing, and finishing ourselves at our own facility in Rigby, Idaho. A Heesemann machine does the cross-scoring and texturing. A custom 5-axis BAACI mill, built to our own specs, sizes, drills, and textures multiple pieces at once on a single line.
