Our custom five-axis BAACI mill, built to our own specification, sizes, drills, and textures multiple pieces of material at once on a single machine, across multiple products at a time. For a project ordering matched panels or shelf blanks by the batch, more of the run comes off the same setup, which is what keeps texture depth and dimension consistent unit to unit across a whole building, not just piece to piece.

We buy timber by the board foot from trusted suppliers, then mill, texture-engineer, and finish it ourselves at our own 22,500 square foot facility in Rigby, Idaho, on the Snake River, one of two U.S. plants producing textured hardwood siding and veneer at this scale. Every order on a project traces back to one floor, not a network of subcontracted mills.
